    I have an email receipt that I’ve joined the club but cannot log in.

    Sometimes some of the password setup emails get sidetracked to a spam folder in your inbox,
    but whatever you need, we are here to help! Just let us know if you still need access to downloading resources or anything.

    How do you change your email address? My email got hacked so I killed the account and want to change it so I can get the newsletter.

    Hi! Whenever I try to access any of the resources in the resource zone, I get a 404 error message saying “the requested URL was not found on this server.” Any tips?

    So I’m looking back at it now and it seems the only resource that I can’t access is the graphics and clipart resource! (if that helps at all in finding a solution haha)

    I have tried to download the extra templates after viewing lesson 1, and I cannot. Anyone know why? Thanks!

    I paid, have a receipt, but I still can’t access any resources…it keeps redirecting me to join the club, but I already have. “To access this content you must be logged in. If you are not a member you can join here- Join the Club!” I have paid and logged in I believe..any assistance is appreciated?
